I’m a content and learning strategy leader with over thirteen years of experience helping organizations tell meaningful stories with clarity, care, and integrity. My work sits at the intersection of narrative, education, and organizational design—building the conditions for stories to travel across audiences without losing their authenticity.

I’m a first-generation Muslim American, and my relationship to storytelling has been shaped by lived experience: navigating visibility, misrepresentation, and belonging, while witnessing the power of communities telling their own stories on their own terms. That perspective has guided my work across global SaaS, nonprofits, NGOs, and education-focused organizations, partnering with communities and institutions to create learning experiences and narrative frameworks that center dignity, agency, and trust.

Over my career, I’ve moved from producing content myself to leading strategy, planning, and workflows that help others do their strongest work. I’ve stewarded organizational narratives supporting first-generation and Muslim-identifying students nationwide, led award-winning global learning initiatives, and co-created participatory storytelling frameworks with communities in the U.S., Canada, and East Africa. I’m most effective as a thought partner to senior leaders and cross-functional teams—bringing structure, steadiness, and long-term coherence to complex, high-visibility work.

I’m motivated by work that builds capacity, shifts power, and endures beyond any single campaign. At my best, I help organizations align values with execution, and create systems that make ethical, community-centered storytelling not just possible, but sustainable.
